Because she doesn't! Those breasts are undeniably lovely - firm, shapely, with very nice nipples - but they're decidedly average in size at best. That much-vaunted 40" chest of hers is much more rib-cage than actual boobage.

Compare the previously-mentioned Danuta Lato. She's another supposed 40-incher, but those are undeniably some mighty big breasts that she's grown! Much, MUCH fuller, much bigger round, generally an impressive and arousing huge pair of tits. Or even Christie Lyons, who has also been mentioned. Only 32", but that impressive E-cup fullness makes her look WAY bigger up top than Joanne.

So...why this insistence on Joanne as the best and the biggest? Some myths do need to be busted, if you'll pardon the pun!
