Question about the CC-website
Hi
From late 90's and onward I was on and off as a member on the official ceecee website. Throughout the time I managed to aquire an almost complete collection off what was on the website. I was in the process of verifying that my holes was from the Sx Bizarre part of the collection only, I don't care much for that. Then my HD broke down. Now, that shouldn't be a problem, but when I went to my storage to gather my backups, it turned out our storage had been recently raided. How bad luck is it possible to have? I gave up on the whole collection. This is some years ago, now. Two days ago I got curious and signed up to see what was going on. Strange thing, I can't really find any new stuff, it looks to me that they are circulating the stuff I already had in my collection, back then. Does any of you know if they have stopped updating? (With classic CeeCee material, what they refer to as "new production" does not interest me at all.) I hope I didn't miss to far when I tried to choose the appropriate thread to post in. I don’t know if this is new information but I was trying to find out who owns the rights to all the CCC material. So I looked up the custodians of records because they normally can tell who own the rights.
And the data was: Color Climax Corp. Richard Hansen Lergravsvej 52 DK 2300 Copenhagen S DENMARK As listed on the CCC website. The company and the name doesn’t match that address here in Denmark so I looked a little deeper in what else there was at that address. And I found a company called Rodex Trading (yes Rodex) with a phone number. I looked that up, and that’s the same number as the Rodox Foundation owned by Peter Grundtvig Theander. And I thought they sold everything when the brother (Jens Grundtvig Theander) died in Mallorca 2008. Anyone who can confirm this? Last edited by Al Gebra; January 28th, 2013 at 12:29 AM.. I suspect they have many more classic negative sets in stock to be transferred to pictures (jpg), but possibly some manager decided it wasn't worth the money. Last edited by Al Gebra; January 28th, 2013 at 12:08 AM.. Reason: Post restored. |

Funny how thing surfaces, I haven't found it when I've searched. I have sent them a question about costs and such, will probably buy it. Any trustworthy members who can transfer from VHS? I also asked them if they know how to get "Kærlighedens ABC", it's a Inge and Sten movie from 1970 or 1971, Jens Theander is in that movie. I haven't found the Danish version anywhere. The swedish one is easy to get hold of though, but no Theanders in that one. Jolly Last edited by Al Gebra; January 28th, 2013 at 08:40 PM.. Reason: Post restored. |

No updates with photos from original Danish CC mags since about July 2009. There are lots more unused sets in the archives, as Xxphd says, but sadly it seems they will never be available on the website.

http://stamtavle.taxbol.dk/persons/d00/d00/d01/p44.html Jens Theander quit Color Climax in 1985, so why would his death affect that company? |

That stamtavle page was very interesting. Their father and their half-brother look alike, we can get a picture on how they might look/have looked like. Jens seems to have been married several times and have kids. Peter seems to have been married once, now a widower. No kids. One half-brother and two half-sisters. The only full-blooded brother is Peter Theander. And hey, they had a mother and father too. Who would have thought ;-) Their father was an engineer and he commited suicide at the age of 55. One of Jens Theander's children has the awesome name Elton John Theander. Jolly Last edited by JollyHumper; February 4th, 2016 at 04:58 PM.. Reason: Added comment on link |

The same applies to the "classic" videos, only recycling of already released clips.

I didn’t know that Jens left the business in 1985, perhaps the equity in Rodox Foundation, that Peter runs now, is from that transaction. So you are right, Jens death did not affect Rodox. Last edited by Al Gebra; January 28th, 2013 at 12:13 AM.. Reason: Post restored. |

I have now access to an astonishing collection of Magazines, Loops, catalogues and *letters*. I am not allowed to reveal the content of these letters yet, but they have some interesting stuff regarding our "search for the truth". I just thought you'd like to see some letterheads and signatures Peace Jolly Last edited by Al Gebra; January 28th, 2013 at 12:17 AM.. Reason: Post restored. |
