Thanks Stormbringer I found it just as you said series 4 episode 8 about 14 minutes in the model is posing topless with a tie its only a short clip but proves how certain things are lodged in the mind for years. I don't know how to post it but I found it on Daily Motion if anyone is interested , the model seems familiar from that era and the quality is not bad thanks again

And here is that clip featuring Jenny Runacre from ITV's long running cop show 'The Sweeney'. As stated this is from series 4, episode 8 'The Bigger They Are', TX'd in 1978. Full credit to the OP for this clip - not recorded but I reckon it was probably 'mitchspur'.

This Men & Motors Model Profile video is clearly a companion piece to the one previously posted here. Same outfits and locations, so probably filmed at the same time, or maybe it's a missing prelude that wasn't retained by Mitchspur in his clip.

I remember a documentary one of a series don't remember the channel it was one of five or six only ten minutes long featuring a part time model posing for the photographer only topless an rear views but not bad I cant find it on here any one else remember it This episode was called Naked ambition I think the series was my secret life

The name used was Stephanie, but not her real name.
