Actually, onehourplus identified the brunette as Becky Savage and the loop as the final scene from TGA Excalibur 12 - Mixed Bag (1981) (posted here). Found my copy of that vid and I can confirm that he is correct. I recognized the guy as Dana's beau, "Tim Dennis" with his beard shaved off.

I've clipped the scene from Mixed Bag and am uploading it now. I'll add links here asap.

My mistake, the woman here is indeed Becky Savage. The un-ID'ed woman is different and far taller with larger boobs.
