Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Effective immediately, moving or animated GIFs are not allowed in signatures. If your signature has one, please remove or replace it asap. Staff will remove them as and when we see them without notice.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the posts made from the 13th March until the crash are permanently lost, please feel free to re-post any such material, apologies for this.

Spazuminator Guest Posts: n/a	About duplicate pics ... Hello, I've been an regular poster on other forum sites. I noticed that this website has a "search function" but this site, doesn't include an "image search" function, such as searching the entire site for matching image URLs or input, by clicking a "search button" that will upload a image file from your PC hard drive, then search for a match. In case I post an new image, how would I know its not (potentially) duplicated here? If I inadvertently post a duplicate, will someone flag that post thereby penalizing me? Will I have to first use Google image search for each and every post? What is the best practice of the hard core users?
