Thanks for pointing out my spelling mistake as of course it should have been player. However Kante's wages would surely allow him to the Payer of the year also.

An interesting day so far, poor refereeing at Old Trafford lead to all sorts of problems. Failing to red card Mings was the cue for the giant swede to extract revenge with his elbow and a shove from Surman resulting in a second yellow, before it registered with friend that he should be on his way to an early bath.

The fat one sacrifices his footballing traditions and Palace have a go and pick up three points. Karanka at Boro should take note, apparently last league goal for them was 31 January and according to reports he may well steal the BFS crown.

Gooners up jack arse and round the corner, but Wenger will have his final fling at the Library next season prior to Simeone claiming his seat.

Monday night I have a cushion behind the sofa to sit on, even if Carroll is fit and can last the 90 mins, cannot see anything else than three points for the Chavs.

Finally Orient win 4-0 at Newport, just wish it had been at Doncaster. Only Notts county can save them now.

I am holding my breath on this game (Liverpool v Arsenal) now Sanchez is on and now Perez & Walcott coming on - Walcott is a dangerous player and I think we were looking at signing him had he thought about leaving Arsenal. Anyway back to the match-come on Liverpool!!
