Whatever it is I hope its nothing bad-we all read what happened to Raheem Sterling at the Chelsea v Man City game - now that was something I didn't expect-Man City to finally lose a game. Is the title still theirs? Probably but Liverpool will be hot on their heels and have had the best start to a season in years. Onward to Tuesday and Napoli, a vital game in the Champions League and then another biggie at Anfield, Manchester United, which is a game we need to win and see Mourinho more miserable than he is at the moment
Salah didn't really celebrate after any of his three goals. I hope nothing is wrong too. After the match they tried to give him the Man Of The Match award but he refused it and gave it to James Milner for his 500th career game. Nice touch.

Default Andy Car Rot

He's played 71 minutes this season ~ in two matches.

Why isn't he injured yet ?

We should be told !

Firstly Andy is not a carrot, but in fact a carol possibly even a Christmas one.

Regarding his current state of fitness, you have to remember its a time of year when injuries are more than likely to happen and with Christmas just two week's away keep an eye for the forth coming trip to the treatment table. Two opportunities, Fulham (A) 15/12 or Watford (H) 22/12.

He should participate in both games as Arnie is out until January and Perez has a hole in his foot.

If he is still fit after the Watford affair you might have to consider a conspiracy theory, or report him to the PL for contract abuse.

I was wondering what was wrong with Mo Salah, even the Verdict in the Mail this morning had hiim on their front cover asking why so glum? We might never know. I hope he is in tip top shape though because the next few days are going to be massive. First tomorrow Napoli in a must-win game to stay in the Champions League and then Sunday a BIG game to keep the pressure up on Man City(who slipped up against Chelsea) against their rivals and ours , Manchester United. The chance to make Mourinho look even more dour and of course would be great to beat them. It could be a hell of a game.

We are doomed, we lost a match!

Ffs, when did we inherit journalists like we have today?

Since football rolled over and whispered 'take me' to that dirty old Australian - it sells his daily rags and keeps numpties subscribing - just some of the many reasons I won't have sky or anything to do with Murdoch in the house....

So this is it, time for Liverpool to step up and show what they are made of-we've done it before in the past and we can do it again-fight for that win and prove we deserve to be in the Champions League and continue on-anything less will be seen as a failure and this season has been one of the best we've had for years. Let's keep it that way. Good luck to Tottenham against Barcelona-that's a hell of a game!

Default Brill Stuff...Spurs and Liverpool

Bit late, but chuffed to bits that both clubs get through

.............

On 'Mo glum' ~ he's always been like that

His fellow players allow him "space" for his prayers, before smothering him. Which they do, and then he smiles.

Compare that with Alli at Spurs....no smothering, just the nearest player patting him on the back after scoring. I'm wondering what their dressing room is really about
It reminded me.....
There was a player at Forest who went public about his low opinion of his fellow players~ yonks ago ~..forgot his name, think he was Dutch..... scored a crucial goal for Clough's team, ran to the corner flag, and all his team mates went back for the kick-off. Not one congratulation. Not one. He celebrated alone. Comparing other Spurs 'smothering' a goal scorer. Kane/Mouro/Erikson etc.... and Ali's lonely response, reminded me of that guy at Forest..... who'd obviously annoyed his teammates

Ali's come-and-go appearances may have deeper susbstance.

Pierre van Hoojidonk - Who effectively went on strike after not being granted a transfer by Forest

Brill... thanks fella.....

I remember seeing it, and his lonely celebration ~ couldn't think of his name...Thank You

It reminded me of Ali @ spurs

He doesn't ever receive a 'smotherin' of LOVE from fellow players, even when scoring a crucial goal. Which he's done.
