Could a mod combine the three "Imagehostgrabber" threads?

The upsum so far seems to be...

IHG will only work with the ESR version of Firefox v.45.8

It wil not work with "regular" Firefox v48, nor will it work with Pale Moon, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer etc.

It is not currently possible to download IHG's updated host list as the hot-honeys website is down

I use Pale Moon browser and the latest IHG version works perfectly.
