From a Parade-N158 (1991).
They called her Kathy from Dundee in her layout. Cover called her Kathie, index called her Katie.

In the last post, we got that other girl figured out, and started a thread for her as Sophie Miller

So, let's get back to the Mystery Girl in this request.
I found another layout of the MG.
These are from a Loslyf - October 1996. They called her Claudette.

I don't know when this photo session took place, but it was printed in 1996, 5 years after the Cathy from Dundee layout in Parade (1991).
Looks like the requested girl to me.

I noticed the MG here has nipples that look small, about like pencil sized erasers. 1/4 inch in diameter, 3/8 at most.
Comparing the one shot of the MG, with the scans of Cathy and Claudette, they seem to have the same nipples in any of the pictures that show her nipples.
The noses also seem to match, so I'm sure they are the same girl.

I'm still having problems matching the Mystery Girl to Emily Parkes.
Emily's nipples look different to me. Emily's were only partially erect, but they look like they would be a larger diameter when erect.
Maybe Emily's nipples would tighten up to look like the nipples in the other three sessions, but I have my doubts.

The other noticeable difference, is the noses.
On the MG, the central lower ridge of the nose (columella?) is 1/4 inch lower in relation to the lower outside edges of the nostrils (the alar?).
On Emily, those three lower edges of her nose are even and level.
Emily's nose also looks smaller.

On the other hand, there are a lot of similarities between Emily and the MG.
Eyes, mouth, chin, smile lines, hair, breast shape, and breast size are all dam close.
Hard to say no to all that.

But, for the MG to also be Emily, I think some work would have to be done.
Did the MG get her nose worked on, and grow her pubic hair out, to become Emily in Mayfair?
Seems unlikely to me, but I suppose it's possible.

That's what I see so far. This is a hard one to call.
Any opinions out there?
