Scenes or Movies with Narrators and Sex

I'm looking for scenes/movies where a woman (or women) acts as a narrator of some kind but also has sex in the movie in some way.

For example, there are a couple clips posted in the Katja Kean thread from a Danish movie which Katja narrates but also has sex or sexual contact. I assume her segments were between sex scenes in the movie and that she wasn't involved in those scenes. Here are the posts from the Katja Kean thread.

Another example is April West as Mother Goose in Sleeping Beauty Aroused.

April has short scenes in this movie at various points. She gives a little narration and has some kind of sexual contact in each of them. Near the end she actually becomes part of the movie and is part of a 3-way.

I've also seen compilation movies dedicated to a particular pornstar that feature interview segments with that pornstar between the scenes but no sex from her other then the older scenes that make up the compilation. I'm not interested in movies/scenes like that. One sort of hybrid was a Jenna Jameson compilation flick that featured Stormy Daniels as a host/narrator. Stormy only introduced the scenes until the very end when she had her own sex scene. Something like that would still interest me.

I don't care if these movies/scenes are vintage or more recent.
