That's right, I selected the political bit in your post to highlight, just as you've instead selected the bit relating to the monarchy. I did that to point to the politics in your post, you did that to minimise/discount the politics in your post.

What's different is that I didn't say: don't lets talk politics here while also inserting political aspects into some of my post(s). I don't particularly mind your use of such politics as I think we all do that at times, I'm just highlighting your simultaneous disavowal of it: the saying of one thing & the doing of another. That's the irony that I find particularly interesting.
