Several people have had a word with this young woman, who reportedly has mental health issues and struggles with substance abuse.

If it were not for her unstable mental state, I would suggest that the best remedial education for her would be combat infantry training and a tour of Afghanistan. Perhaps, the university ought to reconsider placing mental patients on staff.

So what I gather from what you are saying is ,the PC Brigade have mental health issues and are semi-illiterate so we should medicate them and send them to University , oh wait that's what is already happening

It's sad that misguided folk are getting the air time. In the past these comments would've been ignored and she would scuttle back into obscurity quickly. Sad that its being used to denigrate the young once again.
Surely University is the place for this stuff to happen, all sorts of opinions could be expressed there without it mattering.

Back in the 1850s when I was at Uni, we had all sorts of squabbling which got heated' but didn't actually matter.

Present annoyance: I've usually got some time for the posts of Jess Phillips , amongst the hysteria, i think both highlighting domestic abuse victims and her work on FGM are good things;

but I don't like this 'not my job' project. While it may have started with good intentions, it seems that any little slight is exposed and the perpetrator is to be hanged. Does it nove the debate forward? Does it educate wrong doers? I don't think so....

Presumably y'all have been following our political drama here in the United States. Did we not invent political correctness? Does not the whole movement reek of a design by university sophomores, some of whom are plagued with severe mood swings during their menstrual cycles?

The real tragedy is the collapse of common sense and intellectual rigor that has brought political correctness into our midst.
