If you tie an Italian's arms behind his back, can he speak?

Pizza Facts

The current world record in pizza eating is Cristian Dumitru of Romania, who in 2006 managed to eat 200 pound of pizza in a week.

The most expensive pizza was made by the restaurateur Domenico Crolla. His recipe consistent of many exotic toppings, such as Scottish smoked salmon, medallions of venison, edible gold, sunblush-tomato sauce, lobster marinated in the finest cognac and champagne-soaked caviar. Final price that this pizza reached at the charity auction was £2,150.

5 billion pizzas are sold in entire world annually.

The longest delivery happened in 2004 when vegetarian pizza was transported from Feltham, England to Melbourne, Australia, on a journey over 10,000 miles.

Americans eat around 100 acres of pizza each day

Actually, yes Well at least in my hometown and it helps if ya knew some owners of pizza joints close too or in town. Eastern Beach, which is just on the edge of town was a great hang out on a hot summer night, and when mobile phones became a normal thing too have... It became normal, least for us too phone up a mate and say we're down at eastern and need some supplies And they wouldn't ask for the order, they knew exactly what the order was and didn't have too ask

One time I had to drive someone to Syracuse, NY. Had never been there. Figured I wasn't coming back there for any reason either. After I dropped the guy off, I decided to stick around and see what Syracuse was all about. Pretty much nothing I found out. If not for the university, it would be just another backwater swamp waiting for another ice storm. I went to a gas station to grab a snack and I saw the biggest pizza I'd ever seen displayed through the window. It was a 35" pizza. In fact, you could get pizza at just about every place there. Dawned on me that every college town is gonna have lots of pizza. It's the most important of all the basic college food groups, the others being beer, nachos, Twinkies and Subway.

So I ordered a slice of the big wagon wheel pie so I could say I did. The gas station attendant slapped a 17 1/2 inch triangle on a plate and had to fold it half. I don't know why I thought it would taste different or better than any other pizza just because it was so big. In fact, it was pretty substandard even for gas station mini-mart pizza. Like it was made from those Chef-Boy'R-Dee Pizza kits our mothers used to buy at the grocery store back in the day.

200lb of Pizza ? What's that in Pizzas,I wonder,Say 12 inchers ? IMHO It would be easier with thin crust with lot's of toppings that way You wouldn't have plough through so much crust for the weight of pie.How did They verify that He had indeed eaten that much Pizza ? He could have just turned up with a load of empty boxes..

Mate, Don't destroy it for me.... I need my hero's too... If the Net said he ate 200lbs of pizza in a week, then maybe the Net did get it wrong It could have been 250lbs

Err...

Oh, was supposed too have a pizza dinner in the city tonight, but went too hometown instead.. A place called Top Of The Town

A large ... with
Tomato,
Mozzerala
Salami
Anchovy and
Mushrooms

However , some places here use those small mushrooms, Champignons

I reckon they're mush tastier than fresh mushrooms

And a big thanks too Denanial, I'll give those a go, well at least maybe give them too the Missus and see how she goes making a base

It is necessary to have fresh onions, petersilie and olive oil on top. Not jam or marmelade like you put in your coffee
