Mine was quite innocuous as it was just my surname, which for anonymity I don't feel like sharing.

In the 80s there was a British kids TV show called Bertha about some semi-intelligent manufacturing machine in a factory. It was crap, but there was a kid I was at school with who once said he'd watched it the night before. We ripped the piss out of him and said yeah you watch it all the time Bertha. We ended up calling him Bertha for about 3 years until eventually he told us he didn't like it and we all stopped. There was no malice behind it he just never told us and we were dumb kids who didn't consider it.
