Racial tension has increased in the U.S. within the past year because of police confronting #BlackLivesMatter activists, and the resulting shitstorm of controversy with #GayLivesMatter, #ALLLivesMatter, etc.
Racial tension can also be attributed to Donald Trump picking on Mexicans and advocating The Great Wall Of The Republic, "and Mexico will pay for it" according to The Donald... Plus Donald Trump has been endorsed by the Ku Klux Klan, which he responded to for about a month with the same phrase "I disavow the Ku Klux Klan" (cf. "I Know Nothing" in early 1800s America?) Here in Cincinnati, the only thing I noticed this entire year was a group of about six black men in a Macy's parking garage saying "By any means necessary", challenging me to think about situations where I am the only white person, a reversal of how minorities must have felt if they were the token minority person and in a situation of all white people. |

Princeton University's HR Department has effectively banned the use of the word "man".
As part of its on-going efforts to be "gender inclusive" the University has come up with a four page guideline which you can find here complete with alternative wordings. They're concerned that "Gender binary is the traditional view on human gender, which does not take into consideration individuals who identify as otherwise, including and not limited to transgender, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and/or intersex". Princeton’s LGBT Center also offers a guide on various gender pronouns for those who identify as “transgender, genderqueer, and other gender-variant,” suggesting “ze, zie and hir,” “they and theirs,” and “Ey, em, eir and emself.” What they didn't say was what in the hell any of those mean, or how to tell them apart. It also did not offer any alternatives for use of the word 'man' for popular vernacular such as "far out, man" or "oh wow, man" and the ever-evil "hey man". This policy has been in place for over a year, but it's our Politically Correct Bullshit of the Day, 18 August, 2016.

So the U.S. Department of Justice is referring to criminals as "Justice-Involved Individuals."
Apparently this change was made to help young people that commit crimes find jobs easier. As if there are only two choices in life: Work a job, or commit a crime. Sorry, but if someone defames any property of mine, hurts my family, etc. you are a criminal and not "justice-involved." Get a job, go to college, spend time at the library, whatever...

If I was a tranny, I'm not so settle down, I'd want this nonsense to stop because people are going to get fed up real quick. Imagine, you can no longer call someone Mr. Smith because a "Person of confused sexuality might get his panties in a twist." |

But how about we treat all people like people, then there wouldn't be a need for all these rights movements, nor for political correctness or complaining about it. We could all be minding our own business. Of course that is completely utopic, i realize that... |

If I were a Princeton Uni student, I'd go into the library and get any book at random and with a black marker censor the word man out wherever I come across it ..... and then just say "Hey Man, I'm just enforcing your policy"

It's all actually part of an agenda to cut out a large number of words from languages so that we have trouble communicating with each other so that the 'powers that be' can control what we say and think. We'll end up with a stunted, limited language like they had in Orwell's "1984".
