Real Janet Lupo fan since 1st saw her in PB. Like the "newer/older version better. Her come back was nice but I think some "things", as in images of people, are best done 1 time and not try to reclaim past glories, not that she looked that "bad" in her last photos, at least the ones shown, thick "bush" and all. Nice to see her son in a photo. Wonder how he coped with his friends with the joking with the guys/girls about his mom and her "physical attributes"? I'd imagine pretty well. No mention I can find if she was ever married, how long, to whom, only that she had her son at age 36. As for her death, sad to read it, seen several cause(s) of it but at least the date of it sees to be cited the same in various places, as opposed to the likes of Fran Gerard, another story with various answers, like what happened to the last bits/pieces of James Dean's car and its vanishing. Can't find any notices of her death, but since it was cited, on-line, I just gotta believe it happened. Think ya'll be missed Janet by lots of "older" PB fans and just PB fans in general.

Big fan all the years. Did meet her, yes that's true, when at a club. Seems her breast got bigger with time, not sagging, just more fuller. Sad she's gone.

What do you mean by the "No Stockings" phase?

Earlier to mid-70s, stockings pictures were fairly rare, compared to other periods anyway.

JANET PAULA LUPO Janet Paula Lupo, 67 of Hoboken passed away peacefully at the Jersey City Medical Center on Monday, November 13th. Janet was a Real Estate Sales Representative for Liberty Realtors on Washington Street for more than 20 years in the Hoboken office. Janet also founded her own business, "Fountain of Youth Body Oil", with great internet success. After graduating from Hoboken High School, Janet attended Parisian Beauty Academy where she specialized in cosmetology. Janet was the Miss November 1975 centerfold for Playboy magazine, chosen from a large group of candidates for that distinguished feature. She loved the city of Hoboken and all of the people in it. She leaves to mourn her passing, her only son, Joseph P. Lupo, her brother John P. Lupo, a sister Margaret "Margie" Terrigno and her husband Tony, as well as a sister-in-law, Gerri Lupo. She was predeceased by her parents, Giuseppe Lupo and Pauline (nee O'Donnell) and a brother Joseph A. Lupo. Relatives and friends are respectively invited to the Funeral Mass on Wednesday, November 22nd at St. Francis RC Church, Hoboken at 10AM. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington, New Jersey. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21st, beginning at 3PM and concluding at 9PM at the Failla-McKnight Memorial Home, 533 Willow Avenue, Hoboken.
