Today we've (Mod Squad) gained invaluable contact details we didn't have to hand yesterday , so now trying to confirm it.
Although naturally all of us as a forum whole desperately want it confirmed as being a mistake.

As you know Max, I did know hattertim personally. We were work colleagues for about 9 years till 2011 and remained friends, meeting up for odd pint and taunting each other about the footie on Facebook.

Losing him at such a ridiculously young age (50) seems incomprehensible - especially as he was perfectly well a fortnight ago. I am still in shock but will be sharing a drink in his name with old colleagues this week.

Kronenberg was his usual tipple so a glass of that would be a fitting tribute.

RIP Tim - a real gent.
