What annoys you the most ?

I think that this kind of senseless violence will continue in America because of the fact that it is so easy for any citizen to purchase guns of any kinds including semi-automatic and fully automatic weapons. It all started with the second amendment of our Constitution which guarantees private citizens the right to bear arms, although the interpretation of this has been ongoing for more than two centuries now. Most people think that the amendment says that any citizen can own a gun for personal protection, target practice and for hunting, but many other people and groups interpret the amendment as meaning that only organized groups such as our police, security and military forces have the right to bear arms for the protection of the states and the nation. Nevertheless any American can buy guns at stores, through catalogs and online, and that there are probably hundreds of millions of handguns , rifles and automatic machine type guns owned by Americans all over the nation. An example are my two cousins who live in Atlanta. Both of them own handguns that they say they use at a firing range once a week. The husband who also hunts deer also owns a hunting rifle. They purchased these guns through a catalog, and the weapons were sent to them by parcel post.

But in state Illinois, you can't buy guns so easily... Isn't it?

. Unfortunately it is easy. It is true that if one goes into a gun store in the Chicago suburbs they have to show various papers that show they don't have a criminal record and they have a drivers license and other documentation, then they may have to wait for weeks to get approval by the state, but in most cases they will pass and then they can purchase anything they want. But there is another problem. Millions of guns are on sale through what is called "the black market" underground suppliers of millions of guns that a person can buy from an "agent" right on the street. A typical handgun bought this way might cost several hundred dollars.

Similar happens here, Heroin is illegal, it's use, possession and trafficking, so councils here set up safe injecting rooms for addicts for the addicts and in a way actually let them use a highly illegal substance without fear of the law getting involved but I want a cigarette, a legal product and you're shunned and pushed away from even now the smoking areas set up by pubs and so on Makes perfect sense to help the drug addict get away with break in's and stealing to fund their addiction but the legal taxed product ain't

Want a bet The legal places one can smoke are becoming less and less You were allowed to smoke on a street, but now if you're near a place without outdoor dining, alfresco you can't, you have to be 5 meters away minimum ..... but it's OK to eat a meal next to a bus belching out diesel fumes 1 metre away and probably near a heroin injecting room also

Bears, wolves and the odd cougar. If you live in rural USA (and a lot of it is) I can see why you might want a simple rifle - but an automatic assault version? No!
