70's-80's poster (bit of an odd one)

Hi Folks.

Now this is a bit of an odd request, but you never know, it may ring a bell somewhere.

Back in the early 1980s I remember seeing a poster (in WH Smith's of all places).

The Poster had a red/orange background and was divided up into a number (possibly 20) smaller blocks, each one holding a picture.

The pictures were a sequence of a girl in a white dress standing by a wooden chair. On the wooden chair was a chimpanzee. (No bestiality involved, don't worry).

Anyway, the story played out in these pictures so that basically the girl was standing there minding her own business when the chimp started grabbing at her clothes. The chimp eventually stripped her completely off if I recall correctly, with the last picture showing the chimp on its own, sat in the chair, dressed up in all the girls clothes.

I remember noticing (as you do) that the poster was called "June & Timmy".

I'm making this post on the offchance that someone out there remembers this poster, or even on the offchance that someone has it stuck under their bed and would be able to scan it in and bring back some amazing memories lol.

For anyone who happens to have video/dvd's of the old tv show Minder, I actually saw the same poster up in Terry's (a character out of the show) flat.

Would be nice to see if anyone out there has a copy.

i remember this poster as well and others like it
there would be a series of photos of a girl having her clothes ripped off in some way

an idea recently revived as you can see on hayley marie coppin thread or kelly halls or even recently amy green in those " pin up wow " pictures .

i was just about to put a shout out for info on the poster the model id thread but used the search engine and came across this

perhaps it would be better on the model id thread ?

I just tried searching in Google images with the following and I think I found the poster.

Search for : chimpanzee undresses woman poster

and there appears to be a poster in the background of a picture. Red background, 9 images. From a site called www.thetvlounge.co.uk and it's part of the Sweeny forum.

Can anyone find a better quality copy??

that poster was ubiquitous in the 70s
older boys would have it on their bedroom wall
in full view of their parents
the whole thing seemed incredible to me
memorising each pic like what i used to

this is what vintage erotica is all about isnt it ?
