Resembles "Cheryl" who was in 1975 Challenge mags but unsure - a larger pic would help.

That mag appears occasionally on e*ay and features two solo models; one is called Sandy and the other is called Sheri.

Cheryl and Sheri are similar names and I think we can presume both are the same model

p.s. the Sandy in this mag is better known as Serena.
