You do know that anyone can make one of those exif data sheets up easily, don't you? I could've taken that and changed a few details in just a few minutes if I wasn't so tired..

But still convinced now that the original images showing her nips are the real mccoy, not fakes; not that it really matters either way compared to world famine, middle eastern wars, and the uk labour party shenanigans..... lol.

The plot thickens....?? Posted remarkably noticeably to TMZ....

Emma Watson got justice by siccing her legal team on a site that posted racy pics of her in a see-through top without a bra.
Emma's lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to the website, Celeb Jihad -- which somehow acquired private photos of Emma in a sheer top. The outfit exposed her breasts and nipples.
Her legal team put it in pretty simple terms -- Emma owns the pics and the copyright on them, so Celeb Jihad was breaking the law by posting them. According to the letter, the photos were taken by Emma's stylist, who then gave Emma all rights.
Message received loud and clear -- shortly after the site got the letter, Emma's pics were removed.

Well if the image was hacked and she wants it down so be it. Civil case will probably follow. But it's forever "out there" for the taking.

"Proof" in the case of fakes should consist of the original, unfaked image.

As Sam says there is no actual "proof " just different opinions.

The image you refer to had already been removed prior to your post quoted above and the original images put back in place.

Like those of us more used to these discussions, though it would be nice to see Emma's chesticles in all their glory, or even this way is nice, it don't matter too much....

It's not about wanting proof. It's about integrity.

Absolutely every picture you will ever see on the Internet is just pixels. A sufficiently talented and patient individual could manually build a perfectly credible picture of absolutely anything you can imagine, carefully selecting and placing every single individual pixel, one pixel at a time. That's why claiming that _any_ picture is "proven" to be "real" is a mug's game, and you'll note I've never made that claim about the revealing photos originally posted. I believe they're genuine because there is absolutely nothing to indicate that they aren't, and the recent news that Emma Watson's people sent a takedown notice over them supports that belief... But it's still belief, not knowledge.

But the one sozelle posted, claiming it to be the original, is a clearly proven, demonstrated fake. anybody can zoom in on the picture in any image viewer, and see the edits as plain and clear as if they were done with construction paper and a glue stick.

Promoting that fake image as real is a stain on VEF's integrity.

I don't like hacking of people's private images. I want to see Emma Watson naked as much as the next guy, and more than most, but not by violating her privacy, breaking into her (or her friends' and employees') private accounts to steal pictures.

But you don't combat hacking by polluting the discussion with fakes. You don't undo sleazery by shedding your integrity.
