Despite the landing strip and facial tattoo (photoshop?) I'm guessing this is from the 70s because Tim Blackstone (on the left) is unmistakable and AFAIK his career was entirely in that decade.

Anyone recognize the female model? Or the magazine? The logo at lower right is unique and a possible clue.
