I think Kate is more gorgeous clothed and to be honest I don't want to see her topless-let alone Diana. I did laugh though when Martine Croxhall mentioned in her opening headline to camera made a faux pas and said that the topless shots of the "Duchess of Cornwall" -ugh!! what a horrible thought!

At first when the French mag defended itself by saying the road which "overlooked" the pool was a public one, I had visions of typical sleepy french towns which a quiet road no more than 20feet form the front door - so I could justify it as fair game. But then I saw the spot the pap had to stand at to get the shot. It's almost 2 miles away. With the naked eye you can barely see the house (and it's BIG house) let alone the pool or a figure sitting in a chair.

I think she had every right to believe she was in a private spot. Granted, she is a very public figure, and so the paps will always seek an advantage, but c'mon. Should she live the rest of her life behind 10foot walls and barbed wire?

As for 20 (

) years time when she finally ascends the throne, do you honestly believe these pics won't be splashed around again, and again, and.....

(and to be VERY controversial; I like her body - petite, perky and toned. But that's off topic

)

So it's being said that there are photos of the royal couple that are much "more intimate" than the ones we've already seen. And a porn site has offered a blank cheque to the editor of Closer for them...

if the other pix are half as badly focused and far off as the first lot..... i'd make that cheque out for about £1.50... and expect change......lol.
