Hollywood Rose - The Roots Of Guns And Roses
This CD is great; it contains various mixes of G N' R songs by Gilby Clarke and Fred Coury. I didn't even know that after Hollywood Rose broke apart, both L.A. Guns and G N' R would claim to be descendants of this band. Guns N' Roses is more famous by far, but I have about 20 songs by L.A. Guns on my iTunes now.  Those of you who don't own this CD, but like hard rock of the '80s, buy it immediately! |

The wonderful Bill Ward (legendary drummer with Black Sabbath) has produced a number of satisfyingly original and varied solo works over the years. Not a lot of people know this, but he's a good singer as well. Check out "When the Bough Breaks"
