Default Sally Frei

Sally Frei was a pretty American actress who appeared in movies and TV. According to imdb she was born in 1938 and died in 2006.

Sally is the fourth from the left in the top row of the publicity photo shown below for "Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine". (More on Dr. Goldfoot in the next post.)

Default Sally Frei and "Dr Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine"

Which dark haired actress wearing a bikini appears on posters for "Dr Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine"?

Since you've likely already read the first Sally Frei post and you already know that dark haired Sally wore bikinis, it would be reasonable to think that it's Sally on these posters.

Nope, it's not Sally. (For the record I initially thought it was Sally.)

Susan Hart's name and image appears on these posters because she was a lead, and, of course, she was attractive. The also attractive Sally Frei only had a "bit" role as a robot.

Below are two images of Susan Hart. The first is on the movie's press release and the second is a publicity shot, likely for the movie. Note the part in Susan's hair in the second image.

Any pics with hat'n mac or metallic bikini from Dr Gooldfoot and the Bikini Machine (1965)
Now look at these image of Sally from "Dr Goldfoot". Her hair had no part. (Also note the differences in foreheads and lower faces.)

Summary: Two attractive actresses with dark hair appear in "Dr Goldfoot." It's easy to confuse who's who when looking at posters, publicity photos, screen captures, etc. lacking definitive identification.
