Slandering, Libeling and Defamation, either in written form or in oral form, can get you a day in Criminal and Civil Court and also prison time, here in the USA.

Also I never heard of People in Bisexual America (BA). Is that a real organization?

Furthermore, them saying things about you that are sexual constitutes sexual harassment.

If this is happening in the workplace, OldSchool47. you employer needs to take action or they can be held liable and sued.

Also if it's happening in a college environment, it's also not allowed. Colleges have rules against it.
