VEF Infected with Malware Again?
NoScript is showing VEF as hosting Falcame.com on the log-in page. I visited that website and my Avast anti-virus blocked malware. Please sort this out.

I too have encountered no such problems but then I have not logged in for some considerable time by virtue of not logging out...

It's true that Avast blocks Falcame.com if I try to visit it, but it gives no alert about the VEF log-in page, even when I have Ghostery and Adblock Plus turned off. I installed NoScript specially to see this problem and it makes no mention of Falcame for me. Is there really a problem?

Might this help?
I've found that Malwarebytes (Free) does an excellent job of removing offending registry entries. There is a full version as well that works continuously while surfing.
I haven't had a problem at VEF. Currently, I am using AVG Free in tandem with Malwarebytes. I use Chrome with 4 different pop-up blockers installed and are fully functional. Browser performance does not suffer. I'm not concerned about the issue, but it is possible to be a problem, I guess! I am offering this thought up to help others. If the mods want to move this post elsewhere, please do! C_M |

I use the full version. I believe it to be very good indeed.

I'm getting a warning from Avast each time I log in to VEF. Only started a couple of days ago.

Log on
I am having no problems whatsoever. I rarely log off but did so on Friday and experienced a hitch free re-entry.

I have Avast, Adblocker and No-Script. Usually I do not sign out, so no problems. However, Today I did a CC check, which closes everything. When I logged in again this evening......NOTHING!
No problems or warnings. Nothing.
