Subscribed Threads Not Updating Properly

Today I noticed that when going to User CP to view the latest updates to the subscribed threads I am subscribed too, some of them do not update properly. For example the Nina Hartley thread shows the last post was on 06-25-2015 02:55 PM and when I go to the thread, click on Last, it brings me to Page 81 of 82, I've tried clicking 82 manually but it just keeps going back to page 81. I also tried this in Firefox and the same problem happens. I am also subscribed to the Christy Canyon thread and it shows the last post was on 06-25-2015 02:55 PM and when I go to said thread, click on last..It brings me to the last page, but it is showing the last post was on 06-24-2015, 06:14 PM and I also tried this as well in Firefox and the same problem. This just started happening today, thursday, june 25 2015. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?.

This sounds like the return of the "ghost post" issue. It happens when the master database index server gets out of sync with the other mirrored servers. Hopefully it was just a hiccup today but I will check with tech just in case.
