It should be noted the pic from Hockey Moms 13 shows a sheet-covered chair and seems to be outdoors whereas the requested screencaps show a leather sofa indoors.

Heather Reynolds has a IAFD entry and here are some thumbnails from scene 3 of 'Hockey Moms 13'.

As Pepper pointed out, these don't tie in with OP pics but I think it's the same girl (vibrator and possibly dildo are the same).

According to IAFD she appeared in two more films but it seems to be the same scene in both which again is not the OP one and she's using the same vibro.
