I don't really like spam to be honest. God knows what's in it.

Quote:
Spam (its name derived from "Spiced Ham") is a canned precooked meat product made by the Hormel Foods Corporation, first introduced in 1937. The labeled ingredients in the classic variety of Spam are chopped pork shoulder meat, with ham meat added, salt, water, modified potato starch as a binder, and sodium nitrite as a preservative. Spam's gelatinous glaze, or aspic, forms from the cooling of meat stock. It is pretty good on a pizza too. |

Spam
Morrisons Supremarket do a spam fritter which is slice of spam, topped with chedder cheese and coated in breadcrumbs. Two of these on a torpedo topped with a few chips and covered in ketchup, swilled down with an ice cold San Miguel. Quite popular in my local in darkest Wolverhampton (Black Country style).

I'm sure there are worse things than spam.

Boiled cabbage and bacon is a traditional Irish dish. But you must know how to cook it. The smell of boiling cabbage is not nice I must admit. Reminds me of school.
