I found a small number of photos of a solo set of the same woman. She is a bit skinnier in the shot below but its definitely her. There was a name of Lilly associated with the files but don't know if that is just hyperbole or not.

It is NOT Inez. Inez has a very distinctive face and nose. This woman seems to have started a year or two earlier than her from the photos I've found. Also, this woman's weight fluctuated. She is heavier in the photo set with Randy but was quite skinny when she started modeling. Inez was pretty much skinny throughout her modeling career.

LadiesOnFilm IDs her as "Elizabeth M" And they place her in a 70s time frame. I think that is correct as she started late 70's and may have modeled up until the mid 80's.
