Yes. the place where people get arrested without trial and thrown into a car with blacked out windows and driven to this facility that is underground. Beatings and all sorts of torture go on day and night and horrible medical experiments similar to what Dr. Mengele performed during World War2 are done on what are probably innocent , but suspicious civilians.
