Yes but I do it so much it's as natural as breathing as Hertz says so I didn't mention it.

After four pints of Grolsch and big lunch plus cheese and pickled onions when we got back I am farting like a Suffolk Punch.

Apart from 2 days my routine is pretty much the same. I wake up, I switch on the pc, download a few tv shows and then take a nap. Wake up, cook, eat, watch tv shows, take a nap. Wake up surf the net, cook and eat, clean up a little, watch something and then go to sleep. On Weds and Sat I will meet my mum for a few hours but that is the only difference in my daily routine at the moment. This week will be different as I have my fit for work assessment, which means I will soon be thrown back onto JSA. Then my routine will of course change as you now have to spend 35 hours a week job searching to be entitled to your money. Funnily enough though if you cant speak English and your therefore limited to what job you can do this can be cut. However if you can speak English but have a disability or other restrictions apparently it can't.

Well my typical day is something like that ,

Although I self medicate to best relax and hopefully avoid serious lasting injury
