I would say for 50 % yes, she might be Adele. In particualr the ey brows seem similar. On the other hand it is tpp early for a confirmation, because:

- the reqzested lady maybe has lighter skin
- I do not see any moles on the requested lady, but Adele has many
- I haven´t found any image with Adele showing her in this way of, I call it "missionary DP"
- I also have not found any set or movie sequence with Adele on a red sofa.

I don't think that you can state with any certainty that the GIQ has paler skin than AW (who has quite pale skin) from just one picture.

Also, as you say, AW has a number of distinctive moles, but they're mainly on her torso which isn't visible in the picture.

AW does also have a distinctive pattern of moles or freckles on her neck however and the GIQ appears to have some as well.

Ultimately though, without any more photos from the set, none of this is anything more than conjecture.

In any event, the guy on top appears to be Zenza Raggi and, quite honestly, I'm fed up seeing his bumhole.
