There is NO DEI EQUIVALANCELY to almost all of these points except the stupid "Pay equity and transparency" which is ridiculous on its face. For who? Everyone? as if people will go around telling other folks what their paycheck amounts to. No ONE wants that.

Hospitals already have chairs and bed for fatshits. No need to campaign.

Belt extenders are already available on planes. No need to campaign for something you already have.

Changing tables and ramps? All legislated under the ADA decades ago.
