What if you lived in Australia?

Kevin here. If I lived in Australia(although I would have to be rich) I would have built for me my personal McDonald restaurant. This one which only I can use would not serve McDonald burgers which I think are the worst burgers in the world. My McDonalds would serve chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and barbecued kangaroo, snake, and lizard sandwiches. It would also have a large salad bar, and make big 25 ounce milk shakes in ten different flavors and also have ones that comes with crushed M&M's or crushed candy bars in the shake.
Since the restaurant is for my personal use it would be much smaller in size than a typical McDonalds.

Not just Hawaii many of West Coast properties have been bought by PRC folk. The purpose is 2 fold 1) provide a refuge in case the communist government decides to start seizing wealth and jailing capitalists. (Corrupt officials also need to hide wealth and hope for secure bolt holes.) 2) convert the US dollars exchanged for their merchandise before inflation devalues the currency. Many potential American home buyers find themselves undone by Chinese cash buyers while the Americans are working to get loans finalized. The old deals of seller financing are no more.

Then why call it McDonald's? Why celebrate that name/brand when it is all your idea?

Since it will serve real food, calling it a McD's would be false advertising and be in breach of the trade description Act.
"Trail's pukka eats" sounds better.
