It's kind of funny. That shark "Bruce", is voiced by Barry Humphries. It actually does look like Barry Humphries!

Barry Humphries also voiced the Orc king in the first Hobbit movie and that looks a bit like him too.

Excerpt from pedestriantv/news
The Guardian reports that Abbott told reporters in Queensland that the Coalition are the only government strong enough to stop the boats, and that any other government – wait for it – would “succumb to the cries of the human rights lawyers”.
That sounds like an AWFUL idea, Tone. Listening to the suggestions of people who dedicate their lives to protecting the basic rights of human beings every single day? The Prime Minister also responded to questions about whether the government will consider a royal commission to look into the sexual abuse in offshore detention centres, saying that stopping the boats was the “best thing” the government could do. He really cleared that up, don’t you think? Yes, stopping the boats has solved that issue, and all of the issues that have ever existed ever. Very good work, Tone. Human rights lawyers are dumbfounded by the comment. Julian Burnside, a prominent human rights lawyer, said he’s “utterly astounded that [Abbott] would say something so foolish. It must flow from that that he does not believe in human rights as having any value, or that he doesn’t believe that boat people are human.” The executive director of the Human Rights Law Centre, Hugh de Kretser, said “There is nothing admirable about ignoring the immense harm being inflicted on vulnerable people by our asylum seeker policies”. I guess what he said was actually sort of correct though. Plenty of other governments wouldn't think of stopping the boats, and definitely, without fail, would 'succumb to human rights lawyers'. BECAUSE IT'S A PRETTY GOOD THING TO DO. (Pedestrian tv/news) |
