What is the genre name for 60's sexy Italian movies?

Not even sure if there are enough of these to have a genre name, but I've seen postings from time to time. They're always comedies and strictly softcore of course and don't have nudity. Just hot women in very 5tight or skimpy outfits? The ones I've seen are Italian and not translated apart from subtitles. Anyone know if theres a name for these.

When I was growing up in Italy (Born in Italy in 1965 to Italian Parents), we called them Giallo (Yellow).
