Many years agoEstreeter was in Kakadu National Park in the Northern Territories of Australia doing some amateur photography. He especially wanted to get if he could a photo of a salt water crocodile commonly referred to as "salties". Just then 4 beefy men with these wicked looking guns stepped out of the bush and demanded thatEstreeter hand over his camera. At first he was reluctant ,but looking at these four men who looked really mean and almost crazy he did. Then one of the men said to the other. "We got to take him out. He might have seen it".Estreeter asked what they were talking about and why are you waving your guns at me. The men were livid and just as they were about to fire a "saltie" came out of a nearby bog. The men did not seen it until it was too late. With one swish of its tail it decapitated one of the men. Two of the men tried to shoot the animal, but it was on them in less than a second and bit them in half with its great jaw filled with razor sharp teeth.The fourth man tried to run to his car, but the "saltie" ran him down and stomped on him and then ate him. All of this timeEstreeter was frozen in place with fear. The "saltie" turned to him and said "Get out of here and get back to Geelong where you belong". Estreeter
dumbfounded ran to his muscle car and lit out of there and to this day still does not know exactly what happened. Was it an hallucination or was it something left over from all that liquor he had had the night before.
