Question about status of forum members and associated rights

Simple question, but search option didn't give answer.

It is known, it is obvious, that some statuses depends of number of posts, and other of efforts and, let's say, quality of posting recognized by other members. Most apparent situation is with limit of 150 reached thanks - after that member can open topic, request...

But how about other rights? Did higher rank member have access to some topics invisible for us simple mortals?

Or something else? Is there some chart about this?

A list of the various ranks and their respective criteria is found here: VEF Member Ranks. All the ranks are assigned automatically by the forum's software except the Veteran rank. Promotion to this rank is voted on by other Veteran members and the staff.

As far as I know, you have to be a special female to be a VIP.

There are no hidden areas, promotions up to vintage are done automatically by the software and veteran is for people who have added something special to the site. New Veterans are selected by the current vets and staff (but mostly by the current vets) and post count, thanks received/given and type of posts are taken into consideration. Type of posts means content over requests and thank you posts, good posts in the GD&N forums are considered content. Veterans are given bigger PM boxes and larger avatars as a thank you for giving to the other members.

We don't. VIP is reserved for people who have worked in the adult industry, classic or modern, and are well known for it. They are the ones who are kind enough to come here and join in and share past experiences, in the VEF world they are gods.

Even our highest ranking and longest serving staff members have not been given VIP status when they have retired.
