First a huge 'thank you' to Knickers and Sparks for your continuing posting on this superb thread. I gave up when the site became unavailable and lost my motivation. But you did not and for that sincere best wishes.

A few more. How many more? I just cannot say, but the 'team' keep inspiring me to make an effort.

NOTE: I cannot track the many doubles and triples that may have occurred from time to time and the effort I leave to others. In any case it's still meant as fun.

Can anyone recall a Bearsden lassie called Shirley? She was a blonde with a pretty face and great shape. I've been unable to find her amongst these wonderful pages, but I'll keep looking. Oh, it would be nice to see her again! I hope we haven't lost Nick.

The knickers of the Bearsden girls always seemed on the loose side. Was this the way women's panties were at the time or was it a foible of the photographer?

A bit of both really if my fading memory serves me correctly. There were plenty of lovely loose knickers around in the shops at the time, and some deliciously semi-transparent ones, and the girl who I married was also an afficianado of the loose type and believe me, after getting past the giggle band, stocking tops that is, to find an easy way into the knickers was absolute Heaven. Yes the tighter fitting ones looked lovely from the voyeur point of view but the loose ones were easier for a bit of slap and tickle and, if you were lucky enough, pulled easily enough to one side to get your end away.
