Movies with only one male character

Hi !

My favorite type of movies is those where one guy has sex with all the girls. (preferably whith a plot)

Do you have some names you can recommend ?

For example one of my favorite movies is "Everything is Allowed", a russian film where a guy encouters with a genie who tells him he has to have sex with seven women in one day or he'll be lonely for the rest of his life.
Spoiler alert : He manages to do it and then has an orgy with everyone (including the genie) !

There's "The World's Luckiest Man" (Jon Dough, I think).

Also "The World's Luckiest Black Man"
