Whistling in the dark, I reckon. Mr Trump is not pursuing a consistent or logical policy line, as would be necessary in order to execute a strategy as such. He is acting on impulse, unable to control his impulses any more than a sufferer from Tourettes Syndrome can control impulses. Hostility to China may be a consistent theme, as for example is racism and generalised bigotry; but a reasoned and logical policy is not made only from having deep rooted prejudices.

One thing I note is that, other than exaggerating and talking about his "achievements", he seems little rattled and just accepts another 'bad book'


His head certainly seems in a different place, as if any criticism is minor or if little import.

There are people having a conniption fit over Colin Kaepernick's new Nike ad campaign. Wouldn't the Trumpsters go bananas if he's removed from office due to all the irregularities?

I have been doing a lot of studying of our Constitution and the scenario of an illegitimate president being sworn into office is not covered, but I suppose that impeachment is in order. But doesn't that disqualify Pence as well? Do we install Paul Ryan? Do we need another election?
