When I downloaded the pic ,it saved as FFM Ivette? does this have any relevance to your mystery girl?
Is it possible you got the image from a mag called leg show ?

Ivette Perrero (maybe?)

Found a blog spot dedicated to Buenissima magazine, that had a number of photos.

There are two articles indicating that the mystery model is Ivette.

The first includes the mystery photo, as well as the one posted above with a possible ID of Ivette Rerrero.

The second article provides the following images; which it states are taken from Buenissima number 30, published in 1994.

I don't think the second girl is the same as the requested girl.

She looks quite different, especially the nose. Also she don't have the spot below her right eye.

Anyhow, the original cover of Buenissima Nr. 111 and three additional pics of the requested girl.
