I don't how it is in other places but what the hell happened to turn signals. The idiots slow down and finally turn with no signal at all. If my insurance wouldn't go up I would just rear end the assholes.

What really, REALLY annoys me is politically-correct remarks made by teachers in U.S. schools and/or professors in U.S. colleges. Students are attending their schools or colleges to learn, not be indoctrinated in some ideology the teacher or institution officially favors. I can remember some idiotic remarks made by faculty at my high school, and my junior college:

"Communism was good for Russia!" (in a 10th-grade World History class)
"If you don't tell your parents to vote for this levy..." (in second semester of 10th grade)
"Son, here come them women, marchin' for their rights..." (in a 11th-grade U.S. History class)
"Who would want to Ban The Bomb?" (in the same 11th-grade U.S. History class)
"If I had been alive back then, I would have been a Socialist." (in a college U.S. History class; the professor had previously run for office multiple times as a liberal Democrat)
"I think we would have less crime if Americans didn't have access to that kind of firepower..." (in a college Art History class; the professor had traveled to Europe and returned with the message that France is so much better and cultured, and that "European countries have less crime", although their governments started two World Wars...)
"Our society has accepted socialist concepts, like EDUCATION... We all contribute, we all win!" (from a professor at the college whose two associate degrees didn't get me the job I trained for)

At the University of Phoenix, during the first half of my Marketing degree, I noticed there is less political activity, and one student was actually dropped from class online because she kept posting content from the Alex Jones / Prison Planet websites on our class discussion board. As for their faculty, one of them mentioned that he is a New Age, Buddhist, vegetarian, but none of them have ever discussed politics. Private education -- you get what you pay for!

Another thing that annoys me is Baby Boomers running companies that discriminate against people based on their college education, but even if they hire you, they want you to have a baccalaureate to do the work, but can only start you out at $9-$10 a hour. >

Then they wonder why their children can't afford their student loans, can't afford a car payment, and are living at home with their parents in their 20s or 30s... ?!?!?!

No offense to the two Boomers who hired me in 1996 and 2005 for the type of job I trained for, even though the jobs didn't last more than a few months.

Whoever it was that said, or whoever thinks, that females are neater/tidier than guys, well my friends don't you believe it, no matter what age they are!

About 4 years ago I rented my 2nd floor apartment to a female in her 40's, and my present tenant is a female in her 30's -- and let me tell you, when I say slobs I mean with a capital "S"!

Having been called upon to go upstairs and perform a minor repair I could not believe what my eyes were seeing! It looked like the tornado from the Wizard of Oz blew through there, or like the place was ransacked!
Bras, panties, Jeans, blouses and other assorted clothes, papers/bags, boxes, empty plastic water bottles all over the floor ... enough hair in the bathroom sink to make a toupee and a pile of dirty dishes in the kitchen sink ... and a pile of dirty clothes as high as Mt Everest on the bed and bedroom floor! I'd like to know how she even manages to sleep in that bed with that shit pile of clothes on it? About the only thing that I didn't see was used tampons laying around, thank God!
The pig sty I described goes ditto for the female tenant of 4 years ago!

Knowing and having experienced what the first female tenant was like, prior to this one moving in I specifically made a point of asking her if she kept a tidy house, and of course she assured me that she did. What a crock of bullshit that was! So not only have we've established that most females are slobs, but they are liars as well!

I would also mention that every female who has lived upstairs, whether they be single or a husband and wife, walk on the ball of their heels and are heavy on their feet and sound like a buffalo when they walk!
My advice to you all: Avoid renting/leasing your apartment to single female tenants if at all possible, especially if they will be living up above you, or you may live to regret it! Renting to more responsible middle age or older married couples typically works well.
I mistakenly figured, what would be the odds of catching two (female) slobs in a row! A lesson learned -- the hard way!
One consolation is that neither of them smoke because one spark from an ash in that pile of shit and they could burn down the frigging house!

Not my apartment, but similar to what living room looks like.
The bedroom is much worse.

I used to run a venue that was used for parties etc.

Well Christmas was a nightmare. The women were far more rowdy than the guys, and the state of the women's toilets afterwards...... they defy description.
The men's toilets would take about a quarter of an hour to clean and wash. The women's were a disaster area, including used tampons laying about etc blocking toilets, which scores of women have afterwards used so that they are blocked and over flowing with things that we really don't want to think about!

I have even seen used tampons laying on top of the paper towel dispenser.... Jack the Ripper would have approved!


Women, neat and tidy.......................nah!



Thinking about it, I have only ever been involved with one lady who was neat and tidy........ maybe that's another reason why I live alone.

Pretty much the same with the mixed compilations -- the same monotonous songs and they just change the compilation titles (Solid Gold Hits; Classic Oldies; 60's Favorites; Golden Greats; Hit Explosion, etc) and rearrange the playing order!
