Greenman, so you had this partyy thing before your birthday? Does that mean you were actually celebrating your un-birthday, like in umm, Alice in wonderland, or through the looking glass or somethign?

I suppose you could call it an un-birthday but it was more just a pre-birthday Lunch(not a party) because it was two days before(Tuesday) so although they sang Happy Birthday, it wasn't quite there yet. Never mind Maltesers, all my childhood chocolate bars and other sweets cost so much these days and in the case of Cadbury chocolate you get smaller portions/sizes for the same price, it never changes which is appalling.

Cheers haroldeye.

Otokonomidori - Not much to say really, it was just looking back and trying to sum up the life of someone who used to play outside on his bike(Chipper) and go off exploring with friends, being chased by gypsies(now travellers) and spying on an Army barracks nearby. I also outlined what I was good at(self-taught to ride said bike, self-taught typist both typewriter and then computer keyboard) and how certain things in my life have gone, as well the diagnosis of Diabetes type II in 2012 coming up to date. It seemed to go down well. This morning I was overwhelmed with cards and more shop vouchers than you can shake a stick at and the weather isn't too bad neither.

Microsoft accused of Windows 10 upgrade 'nasty trick'
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-36367221

I've a friend who was caught by this trick from those modern day barrow boys at MS. I've told her how to remove Windows 10 and to change her system so it no longer performs automatic updates.

I'm looking at getting a new PC later in the year and Windows 10 is going to be pretty low down my wants list, just behind a 2gb harddrive

Please PM me re any dead images although it is likely if it is outside Celebs I may no longer have the content

Those clowns at Microsoft are going to "innovate" themselves right out of the market.
When my XP machine dies, it's getting Ubuntu.
