I think 'Dolly' is actually referring to the source of the picture. There was a German porn mag of that name and I would guess from the file name it would be number 5 from 1989 (I could be completely wrong of course!) As for the previous post, the only Jools from MO I know of are Leonora Lethbridge from 52-08 (1987) or Helen Bryden from much later 56-12 (1991). However, my collection is only about 75% complete.

As 'Dolly' (DE) was a big-bust title, the model here certainly qualifies for its genre, hence your hypothesis is quite plausible,

My cursory glance at some German Dolly mags suggests they mainly used US and British models so a MO appearance is not surprising.

After a lot of digging around I've found her Men Only 'Jools' appearance. She was the centrefold in 54-12 (1989) and has a distinctive mole high on her inner left thigh.

I think this is our mystery on the cover of Escort 09-09 again from 1989 wearing a very similar outfit to her MO appearance but this time she's on a pool table. She's also on the contents page but unfortunately I couldn't see the set posted in the Escort thread.
