THX to Al Gebra's list, I've done a web search for Sybille's only(?) film appearance in "Sexy Spy" (the EGAFD has listed her as XNK4848 here).
A funny plot ... Sybille plays the role of Katharina, a Soviet NKVD officer and party host for Russian secret agents during the Stalin era.
The film is notable and worth watching for the glamorous costumes

... and shows a special East meets West mff threesome with Russian General(?) "Boner(enko)" and Sybille/Katharina "punishing" Doris Champs-Dete as the "caught counterspy" and Sybille receiving a facial.
BTW: The two DL possibilities I could find so far (a low res tube FLV and an AVI file) are both German dubbed.

For sure, this girl wears the same bra that Sybille wore during some of her CeeCee mag shootings. The titties and areolas might prove it, too. And the ear rings seem to be the same.
