Found a less-cropped version of the "mystery' picture. We still cannot see the woman's face, but perhaps someone will recognize the guy.

I agree with the cruiser . . . . the scene is streaming at a couple of sites under the title: "Cheri Taylor - Joey Silvera"

The mystery picture is flipped horizontally from the film, Cheri's jewelry, and the backgrounds match (so does the cum-shot).
