IIRC that is a REVLON ad from app. 10 years ago
that was photoshopped and posted in facial newsgroups.

i think u should trust Caboosier's answer.... trust me, she didnt go do porn after Baywatch and Under Siege......!!! she went and got married, then put a lot of weight on ... she dont look much like in her prime in the last pic i saw of her...!!!

Thank you, stvy. I was also hoping to maybe find the original picture without all that ... milk.
As dailymail reports, she struggled with her weight issues so "massively" that at one point she was severely underweight and was hospitalised because of laxative abuse (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...ch-beauty.html).
This is how she looks in the year 2010:

I can not understand why she made herself fake tits.
The longer I live, the more convinced I become that beauty and reason are two things incompatible :-(

I doubt the OP is still looking for the picture, original or fake, in question, but thought I'd contribute what I found thanks to Google and TinEye. The Photoshopping couldn't "fix" the text in the upper right of the original picture, so definitely no question that the pic of Erika with the "milk" on her was a fake
